Loyalty Program
C4T includes a loyalty program that can reduce trading fees for eligible users.
How it works
Users can move through loyalty tiers based on trading activity, including:
- Closed volume
- Closed trade count
Tier logic
The protocol can assign an automatic tier based on trading activity. In some cases, a wallet may also receive:
- A manual tier override
- A coupon-based tier override
Priority of tier sources
Tier priority works as follows:
- Manual override
- Coupon override
- Automatic tier
Coupon codes
Some users may receive a coupon code that grants a specific loyalty tier when redeemed. If valid, the coupon creates an automatic override for that wallet unless a manual override is already active.
Management visibility
The management dashboard can track:
- Effective tier
- Auto tier
- Coupon source
- Manual override state
- Trader fee discount status
